EXODRY.BIKE (L'ÉTAPE DU TOUR DE FRANCE) Giveaway RULES

Article 1: Giveaway organization

The company Exodry.bike, a Société par Actions Simplifiée (simplified joint stock company) with a single shareholder and a share capital of 10,000.00 euros, registered with the RCS of Saint-Brieuc under number B 909 990 251, whose registered office is located at 4 RUE ANDRE MARIE AMPERE 22300 LANNION (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizing Company"), is organizing a contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") as part of the televised sporting event "L'Étape du Tour de France".


Giveaway dates:

-Giveaway start date: July 03, 2023 at 8:00 a.m.

-Contest end date: July 15, 2023 11:59pm

-Draw date: July 17, 2023

-Winner selection date: July 17, 2023

All entries received after the expiry of the Contest Period are excluded and will not be considered by the Organizer.

Participants must accept the terms and conditions of the rules before they can take part in the prize draw.

Article 2: Acceptance of the rules and conditions of participation

To take part in the Game, the participant must read and accept without reservation the present rules and the principle of the Game. Any person who contravenes one or more articles of the present rules will not be eligible to take part in the draw and will be deprived of the possibility of winning the prize. The Contest is free of charge and no purchase is necessary. It is open to all individuals over the age of 18, excluding all employees of the Organizer. The Game is subject to the regulations of French law applicable to games and competitions.

Article 3 - Principle of the competition / How to enter

To be entered in the draw and have a chance of winning one of the prizes at stake in article 5, all participants must have carried out the actions mentioned below:

Identify 2 friends by commenting on the contest publication
Fill in this form: Jeux concours EXODRY.BIKE ETD 2023
Registration for the prize draw is only effective once these steps have been completed.

Participation in the competition will only be valid if the information required by Exodry.bike is complete and correct. All entries made using incorrect or falsified information, or via counterfeit or falsified forms, will automatically forfeit all rights to any winning prize.

Each participant therefore undertakes to provide correct information. Exodry.bike declines all responsibility in the event that a participant uses false first and/or last names associated with a valid e-mail address, or usurps the identity of a third party.

Only one entry per person (same e-mail address) and per household (same postal address) is authorized.


Article 4 - Designation of winners

The Organizer, represented by Exodry.bike, will designate the winners by drawing lots among all the participants who have completed a form. The winner will be chosen on Monday July 17. There will be 1 winner for each prize, i.e. a total of 7 winners.


Article 5 - Prizes

The prizes to be won are as follows:

1st prize: 1 Saroo - Training desk with fan for home trainer: value 329€.
2nd prize: 3 CycleCoat - Elastic bike covers: value €49 each
3rd prize: 3 DryGrips - Anti-perspiration bike grips - worth 39€ each
Prizes cannot be taken back by the Organizer, nor exchanged for their cash value or for any other gift. Prizes are personal and non-transferable. Winners undertake not to sell, offer to sell or use the prizes for commercial or promotional purposes.

Prizes are subject to certain conditions, in particular:

All products are guaranteed for 2 years.
There are no costs or fees associated with participating in the contest. Exodry.bike will be responsible for delivery costs.
Winners will be required to show proof of identity to claim their prize on the Exodry.bike stand. If the winners are not present at the stand, they will also have the option of replying by e-mail or SMS to provide their address and request delivery of the prize.


Article 6 - Delivery and use of prizes

The Organizer will contact the winners by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of the draw and inform them of their prize and how to access it. No mail or private message will be sent to participants who have not been selected as winners; only winners will be contacted. Winners must reply within 72 hours of the confirmation e-mail being sent, providing their full contact details or any additional information requested by the Organizer. In the absence of a complete response from the winners within 72 hours of the e-mail being sent, they will lose their right to the prize and will not be entitled to any indemnity, reward or compensation.

The Organizer will be solely responsible for sending the prizes to the winners, in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated at the time of contact (i.e. data will not be transmitted to the competition partners). Winners are responsible for ensuring that they are able to accept and use their prize. Winners agree that any taxes or charges relating to the prize will be borne by them upon receipt of their prize.

Winners must comply with the rules. If the winners do not meet the criteria of the rules, the prize will not be sent and will be reallocated in a new draw. To this end, participants authorize verification of their identity, age and contact details. Any false declaration, indication of identity or postal address will result in the immediate cancellation of the award of the prize to the winner, and the prize will be reallocated in a new draw.

-EXODRY.BIKE reserves 30 working days to dispatch the prizes.


Article 7 - Use of participants' personal data

Participants are reminded that to take part in the game, they must provide certain personal information (such as their surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number and postal address). This information is required to determine the winners by drawing lots, and to allocate, send and use the prizes.

The automated processing of this personal data complies with the RGPD (General Data Protection Regulation - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016). In accordance with this same law, participants have the right to access their data at any time and to request the rectification or deletion of their personal information, which they can exercise by contacting the organizer at the following address: contact@exodry.bike.

Winners may not object to the free use of their surname, first name, address, photograph and testimonial for information or promotional purposes related to the game, unless they renounce their prize.

Purposes and methods of processing personal data:

Participants' personal data, collected directly by the Organizing Company (within the meaning of Regulation 2016/679/EU), is necessary to take into account their participation, determine the winner(s) and award or forward the prizes.

Without this data, the participant's participation cannot be taken into account.

Recipients of personal data:

The personal data collected is intended for use by Exodry.bike.

Storage of personal data:

Personal data is stored in Exodry.bike's database and is not transferred outside the European Union.

By submitting this form, the participant accepts that the information provided will be collected, processed and used by Exodry.bike in the context of the competition and the commercial relationship that may result from it.


Data retention period:

As part of our competition, we would like to inform you that we will keep the personal data you provide for a maximum period of 2 years. This retention period has been determined according to the purpose for which the data was collected. After this period, all personal data will be securely deleted from our systems. We comply with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and are committed to ensuring the confidentiality and security of your personal information throughout the retention period. Article 8 - Liability

Exodry.bike cannot be held responsible in the event that it is impossible to contact the winners, nor in the event of loss, theft or deterioration of the prize in transit. Exodry.bike also declines all responsibility for any errors in the names, addresses and/or contact details provided by the winners of the game. Furthermore, Exodry.bike declines all responsibility for incidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize awarded and/or its use and/or its consequences.

The Organizer is not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by participants in connection with their participation in the game. Internet usage fees are the responsibility of participants.

Exodry.bike reserves the right, if circumstances so require, to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, postpone or cancel the competition, without incurring any liability. Any modification will be subject to an amendment.
Exodry.bike declines all responsibility in the event of malfunctions preventing access and/or the smooth running of the game. Thus, the Organizer cannot be held responsible if one or more participants are unable to connect to the website due to any technical fault, network problem, human or electrical error, malicious intervention, telephone connection, software or hardware malfunction, force majeure, disruptions affecting the smooth running of the game, etc.. The use of robots or any other similar process enabling automated participation in the game is prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the definitive elimination of the director and/or user. The organizer may cancel all or part of the competition if it appears that fraud has been committed in any form whatsoever. Exodry.bike reserves the right not to award prizes to fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts.

If the game is cancelled or interrupted for any reason whatsoever, participants will not benefit from any indemnity or compensation.


Article 9 - Right of exclusion

Exodry.bike reserves the right, without prior notice, to exclude any participant who fails to comply with the rules and to cancel any winnings to which that participant may be entitled. The participant also acknowledges the Organizer's right to remove and cancel the participation in the game of any participant who has not complied with the applicable regulations for obtaining a prize. No claims will be accepted in this respect.

Article 12 - Entirety

Should any of the clauses of the present Rules be declared null and void by virtue of a change in legislation, a judicial decision or for any other reason opposable to the parties, this will in no way affect the validity and respect of the other clauses of the Rules.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

In the latter two cases, Exodry undertakes to provide a response within 2 working days.



Article 14 - Applicable law

Participants acknowledge and accept that their participation in the competition is unreservedly subject to French law.
